Description
Matrix XTR Flat Mini Extension: extra stability for long poles
The Matrix XTR Flat Mini Extension is a short, flattened extension section for the Matrix XTR pole range. Its flat shape provides stable support when fishing the pole at full length and helps prevent the butt section from rolling or twisting in the wind.
The extension fits XTR models 300 through 700 and can be used at 13 m, 14.5 m and 16 m, as well as in combination with the parallel extension. EVA end caps protect the interior from dirt and gravel when the section is placed on the bank or platform.

Frequently asked questions
Which Matrix XTR poles does this Flat Mini Extension fit?
Matrix states compatibility with XTR models 300, 400, 500, 600 and 700. For older or different versions, always check whether the connection belongs to this XTR range.
Why does this extension section have a flat shape?
The flattened exterior gives the butt section a stable support surface. This is especially useful in crosswinds and when extending the pole to a long length, as the section is less likely to roll away.
Does this replace a full-length extension section?
No. This is a compact 800 mm mini extension section that primarily provides extra working space and stability. The pole length you achieve depends on the XTR configuration used.
