Matrix Stubby Slim Pole Float

The Matrix Stubby Slim is a slim yet slightly fuller-bodied pole float for shallow water. The design is based on the Matrix F1 Slim, with extra body for more active summer fishing for F1s and carp. The carbon stem helps the float follow the bait naturally through the water and settle quickly.

The body is made from durable HF110 Rohacell foam. A 1.8 mm hollow bristle remains highly visible and supports baits such as pellets, luncheon meat, sweetcorn and worms. The extra-strong small hybrid eye makes the construction suitable for intensive use on commercial fisheries.

Set-up and use

Use the Stubby Slim for shallow rigs where you want to lower the bait through the water in a controlled way. Attach the stem with suitable float silicone tubing, so the float is held securely and you can easily adjust the depth.
