The Matrix Plopper Pole Float is designed for ultra-shallow fishing and mugging, where you want to cast accurately and quickly to a visible fish. The float is self-weighted, so it requires no additional split shot. This creates an especially direct rig that is quick to set up and ideal for repeatedly striking or ‘slapping’ with larger hookbaits.

The very short hollow antenna supports larger baits and remains clearly visible. The durable HF110 foam body, strong hybrid side eye and line-through-body design have been developed for intensive use on commercial fisheries. Because the line runs through the body, it is prevented from cutting into the float body under pressure.

Where needed, use suitable float silicones to finish the rig neatly without hindering the float’s compact action.
