Mainline Pro Active All Round Cereal is a dark, fishmeal-free cereal groundbait for roach, silver bream, bream and hybrids. The mix contains fresh breadcrumbs, sweet biscuit, ground hemp and various seeds. Thanks to its neutral dark brown colour, even cautious fish can keep feeding confidently over the baited area, regardless of water clarity.

The amount of water determines how the groundbait performs. Mixed drier, it remains light and active: small particles rise and spread through the water column, making this groundbait particularly suitable for feeder fishing. Mixed wetter, it forms firm groundbait balls that carry bait particles such as casters or hemp to the bottom. Mixed slightly wetter still, the mix becomes heavier and less active for deep or faster-flowing water.

Mixing advice

Add water gradually and allow the mix to rest between additions. Keep it on the dry side if you want plenty of activity and rising particles. Add more water when the groundbait needs to bind firmly, reach the bottom quickly or carry extra bait particles. Sieve the groundbait after moistening for an even consistency.

CAN I ADD CASTERS OR HEMP?
