The Korum Smokescreen Buoyant Ledger Boom is designed for a free-running rig, allowing a cautiously feeding fish to feel as little mechanical resistance as possible. The mainline runs through the run ring, while you attach the lead or feeder to the strong snag-free link.
The buoyant element supports the run ring and keeps the boom positioned clear. This allows the line to move smoothly through the rig and keeps the attachment point further away from the bottom. The Smokescreen camouflage finish also makes the feeder boom less conspicuous underwater.
