Description
The Korum Barbel Reel Line 0,30 mm – 500 m is a robust nylon reel line for barbel fishing. Barbel are known for their powerful runs, meaning the main line must not only be strong but also resistant to contact with stones, gravel and other obstacles.
Korum combines high abrasion resistance and strong knots with a linear stretch profile. This allows the line to absorb fierce runs during the fight in a controlled manner. The camo finish also helps the line blend in more discreetly with the underwater environment.

Frequently asked questions
Why is abrasion resistance important when fishing for barbel?
Barbel are often targeted in flowing rivers with stones, gravel and obstacles. An abrasion-resistant line provides extra confidence when the line comes into contact with the riverbed.
What does linear stretch mean for this reel line?
The line stretches gradually under load. This helps cushion sudden, powerful runs from a fish during the fight in a controlled way.
What is the purpose of the camo finish?
The camo colour helps the line visually blend in with changing riverbeds and underwater environments.
