Frequently asked questions
Why is this hooklength suitable for competition fishing?
The combination of a short hooklength, a sharp hook and a pre-tied loop enables fast fishing and quick changes. This is useful when speed and efficiency are important.
What is the advantage of a 22 cm hooklength?
A short hooklength provides a direct presentation and quick bite indication. It is well suited to compact pole setups.
Why is the hook point slightly inturned?
The shape supports quick hooking and helps the hook stay securely in place during the fight, provided the rig and line pressure are used correctly.
Can I use this hooklength on waters where barbed hooks are prohibited?
No. This model has a barb. Therefore, always check the fishery rules in advance and choose a barbless hooklength if necessary.
