With this improved design of the Drennan In-Line Flat Method Feeder, both the lead in the flat base and the bait load distribute the weight in an aerodynamic bomb shape.
The shape of the feeder increases casting distance and improves accuracy, especially in strong crosswinds. On the body of the feeder, the two largest bait-holding ribs are well spaced and bent away from each other. This leaves a generous opening so the hook bait can be placed in the optimal position. This area is also aligned with a recess in a Drennan bait mold for perfect positioning every time.
Combined with the non-stick, easy-release bait mold, you can achieve perfectly shaped groundbait and/or pellet forms every time.
A special slim loop-to-loop Method Connector bead, also included, allows you to change feeders and swap the hooklink quickly in seconds.
A more recent introduction is the Heavyweight sizes; 35g for the green mold and 45g for the larger orange mold. These are ideal for long casts, casting into the wind, and provide even more grip on a steep slope.
