The Guru SMWG Bayonet Ready Rigs are ready-tied hooklengths for wafters, boilies and pop-ups. The integrated Guru Bayonet is pushed directly into the hook bait, allowing you to bait up quickly without fitting a separate bait band or hair stop.
A piece of micro silicone on the hook shank keeps the hair in the correct position. The barbless SMWG hook has a durable PTFE coating, and the hooklength is tied with proven Guru N-Gauge line. This combination is specifically designed for Method and hybrid feeder fishing for carp and F1s.

How do I attach a wafter to the bayonet?
Keep the hooklength lightly tensioned and gently press the point of the bayonet into the centre of the hook bait. Push it in far enough for a secure attachment without splitting the bait.
Why is there micro silicone on the hook shank?
The piece of silicone guides the hair from the hook shank. This keeps the hook bait position more consistent and allows the hook to turn freely during a take.
