Sonda Elite Grande – Plummet (2 pieces)

Stonfo Sonda Elite Grande depth plummet

With the Stonfo Sonda Elite Grande, you can quickly and accurately gauge the water depth and bottom structure. The clever push-button system grips directly around the hook without damaging the line. At the same time, the hook point remains protected, making it less likely to snag on plants or obstacles while plumbing the depth.

The hydrodynamic shape sinks through the water in a controlled manner, while the brass weight provides clear bottom feedback. The plastic parts are phosphorescent, making them easier to find in low light or while night fishing. Despite the Grande version, the system is also suitable for very small hooks.

Frequently asked questions

How do I attach the Stonfo Sonda Elite Grande?

Press the button, place the hook in the designated clamping system and release the button. Before lowering it, check that the hook is securely held and that the line can move freely.

Does this depth plummet damage the line or hook point?

The system is specifically designed to grip directly onto the hook without pinching the line. The hook point is protected inside the depth plummet while plumbing the depth.

What is the benefit of the hydrodynamic shape?

The streamlined shape encounters less resistance while sinking. This allows the depth plummet to reach the bottom smoothly and gives you a clearer feel for the depth and bottom contours.

Can this depth plummet be used in the dark?

Yes. The phosphorescent plastic parts become more visible after briefly exposing them to a light source, which is useful in low-light conditions and while night fishing.
