MVDE 1 – Float (10 pieces)

Van den Eynde MVDE 1 float

The Van den Eynde MVDE 1 is a compact pole float with a metal stem and a fibre tip. Its design is suitable for anglers who want their rig to settle quickly and be able to follow bites clearly.

The metal stem provides stability beneath the body and helps the float cock quickly. The sturdy fibre tip responds clearly to lift bites and pull-down bites. This makes the MVDE 1 a practical basis for accurately shotted rigs on still and calm water.

Frequently asked questions

How does the metal stem help when fishing?
It adds weight and stability beneath the body, allowing the float to cock quickly and sit steadily in the rig.

Can the fibre tip also show lift bites?
Yes. When a fish lifts the bait and shotting, more of the tip rises out of the water. The clear fibre tip makes this type of lift bite easy to see.

How much should I shot the float?
That depends on the conditions and the desired sensitivity. Start with only a clearly visible section of the tip above the water, then fine-tune it at the waterside.
