Green groundbait has long been a favourite among anglers, and although it first became popular on commercial carp fisheries, it has more recently been adopted across a wide range of venues and fishing disciplines.

Sonubaits Supercrush Salted Caramel
A superb mix of crushed pellets and sweet biscuit with added fishmeal, salt and caramel flavour.  A super high-quality ingredient list includes one of the most actively sought-after minerals for all coarse fish species: salt. This salt content is complemented by an intensely attractive caramel aroma and flavour, a combination that all quality coarse fish will find irresistible.

Excellent binding properties ensure that Supercrush Salted Caramel can be easily mixed for use on the Method feeder, while also carrying added particles when fed by hand or via a pole-mounted pot on both commercial and natural venues. Maggot Fishmeal

Maggot Fishmeal is one of our most popular groundbaits. We knew that maggots were one of the best baits of all time, so we wanted to harness their fish-catching power in groundbait form.

Maggots come from the bluebottle fly, the flavour used in the production of Maggot Fishmeal groundbait. A unique groundbait mix of ground pellets, fishmeal, breadcrumbs, meat extracts and cereals, suitable for all types of coarse fish, especially carp, F1s, bream, tench and roach.

Sonubaits Supercrush Worm Fishmeal
As the name suggests, a groundbait made from ground pellets and fishmeal with the added attraction of worm essence.

It has become popular with anglers who use chopped worms on both commercial and natural venues and is equally suitable for use on a Method feeder, open-end feeder, cupped in or simply balled in. A unique groundbait for all types of coarse fish, especially carp, F1s, bream, tench and quality roach.

Sonubaits Supercrush Bloodworm Fishmeal
All anglers know how effective bloodworm is. Almost every fish will encounter bloodworm at some point and feed on it, instinctively recognising it as a food source.

We took the simple bloodworm and improved it by freeze-drying it to concentrate and intensify the taste and aroma. Dried bloodworm is then added to a mix of fishmeal, ground pellets and other proteins, including dried blood, to create a groundbait that can be used in a cage feeder, on a Method Feeder, or simply balled in. Perfect for all types of coarse fish, including bream, carp, roach and F1s

Sonubaits Supercrush is a versatile groundbait used by many of the UK’s top match anglers and has a wide range of applications.

Made from pure, high-quality ground expander pellets and slowly milled to create a highly consistent fine mix. The fine particles create a very slow-sinking groundbait that is perfect for a sloppy cloud when fed through a pole pot, offering great attraction without filling the fish up.

Thanks to its fine texture, it also binds well, so it can be cupped in as a ball or fed in the margins, forming a fine carpet over the bottom that holds fish for hours. It can also be made into a paste for pole fishing.

Lee Kerry (England International) says: "Crushed expanders are my guilty pleasure. I use this mix on its own in the margins, or add it to any mix when fishing open water. It’s like the brown crumb of fishmeal groundbait, an absolute must!"

MIXING GUIDELINES

Because Sonubaits Supercrush can be mixed in different ways to create groundbaits that perform differently. For most situations, empty the 2kg bag of groundbait into a round mixing bucket, fill a 2 pint maggot box with water, pour this onto the groundbait and mix well. Then leave it to rest for 30 minutes; during this time, the water will be absorbed into the bait.

Then, for best results: To remove any lumps and create an even consistency, pass the groundbait through a riddle and it is ready to use. However, if you want a sloppy cloud mix, keep adding water until the right consistency is reached.

When fishing, sun and wind can dry out the groundbait a little. To prevent this, cover the mixed groundbait with a damp towel, or if it dries out, simply add a little more water and mix again.
