Mega Brolly Arm – Umbrella Support

With the Preston Mega Brolly Arm, you can securely attach a fishing umbrella to a seat box or footplate. Two attachment points distribute the load across the leg and reduce twisting of the support, providing extra stability, especially in windy conditions.

The double hinge points allow you to rotate the umbrella into the desired position. This lets you adjust the shelter to the position of the sun, direction of the rain or available space at your fishing spot. The OffBox 36 fitting mounts directly onto 36 mm round legs and is supplied with inserts for 30 and 25 mm round legs and 23 mm square legs.

Frequently asked questions

Which seat box legs does the Mega Brolly Arm fit?

The support fits directly onto 36 mm round legs. With the supplied inserts, it can also be mounted on 30 or 25 mm round legs and 23 mm square legs.

Why does this umbrella support have two attachment points?

The two clamps distribute the load and help prevent the arm from rotating around the seat box leg. This makes the setup more stable than a support with a single attachment point.

Can I adjust the position of the umbrella?

Yes. The hinge points allow you to rotate the arm into the desired position, so you can adjust the coverage to suit the conditions.
