MVDE 2 – Float (10 pieces)

Van den Eynde MVDE 2 float

The Van den Eynde MVDE 2 is a pole float designed for a stable, easy-to-read presentation. The metal stem helps the float settle quickly, while the fibre tip clearly indicates bites.

This combination of materials makes the MVDE 2 suitable for rigs where control is more important than a very slow, natural fall. The stem keeps the float steady in position, while the sturdy tip remains easy to read when accurately shotting the float.

Key features

• Pole float for controlled fishing
• Metal stem for quick, stable positioning
• Sturdy fibre tip
• Clear indication of both pull-down and lift bites
• Suitable for carefully balanced float rigs

Securely attach it to the line

Use suitable float silicone on the metal stem. Using several short pieces keeps the float aligned with the rig and allows you to move it without causing damage.

Frequently asked questions

When is a metal stem a good choice?
When you want the float to settle quickly and remain stable, for example with concentrated shotting or when there is some movement on the water.

Is a fibre tip sensitive enough?
Yes. When the float is correctly shotted, the fibre tip clearly shows small changes in position.

Why use multiple pieces of silicone?
Multiple attachment points keep the stem neatly alongside the line and reduce the chance of the float moving or pulling out of alignment while fishing.
