Description
The Guru Rod Bands keep the sections of feeder and match rods safe and compact during transport. The soft, stretchy neoprene fits around different rod diameters without putting unnecessary strain on the blank, while the hook-and-loop fastening is quick to open and secure firmly.
Protection for tip and butt sections
The pack contains two rod bands, each with its own function: a narrower band for the tip section and a wider band for the butt section. This keeps loose rod sections neatly bundled when transporting them to the bank or storing them in a rod bag. The black-and-orange Guru finish also makes the bands easy to spot among your tackle.
Easy to use
Place the rod sections alongside each other, wrap the appropriate band around them and fasten it with the hook-and-loop closure. Tighten the band enough to prevent movement, but not so tightly that unnecessary pressure is applied to the rod rings or blank.

Frequently asked questions
Do these rod bands fit around different rod diameters?
Yes. The stretchy neoprene moulds around a range of rod sections. Place the narrower band on the tip section and the wider band around the butt section.
Can I use the bands on a set-up rod?
You can, but make sure the line, hook and rod rings do not get trapped under the band. Secure a lead or feeder separately and safely before transporting the rod.
Why are two different bands included?
The tip section is thinner than the butt section. With a separate size for both ends, the rod is bundled more evenly and securely.
