The Drennan Pellet Method Feeder is designed for fast and accurate Method fishing without a separate mould. Your thumb fits into the ergonomic body, allowing you to press pellets or groundbait directly into the feeder and recast quickly.

The curved side walls and internal teeth hold the groundbait securely during the cast. Once on the spot, the open ends and strong ventilation ensure that the bait releases from the feeder in a controlled manner. The forward weight distribution and aerodynamic shape support long, accurate casts.

Filling without a mould

Place the hookbait lightly in the groundbait area and press moistened pellets, groundbait or a mix of both into the body with your thumb. Check with a test cast whether the groundbait withstands the cast and releases smoothly on the bottom. Frequently asked questions

Do I need a Method mould for this feeder?

No. The body is specifically shaped to press the groundbait in directly with your thumb. This makes the feeder quick to fill and convenient when you want to recast frequently.

Why does the base have ribs?

The ribbed, stepped underside provides extra grip on a sloping bottom, for example when fishing tight to an island or the opposite bank.
