Drennan Diamond Crystal is the latest addition to Drennan's unique range of floats with crystal bodies.

By nature, fixed rod floats have always been somewhat delicate, but the Drennan Crystal ® series all feature extra strong, bladder-molded bodies that cannot be cut through by the line or damaged by weights. Compared to balsa or foam bodies, they are effectively bulletproof!

Another major advantage over painted floats is that they are transparent, crystal clear, and much less conspicuous to wary fish.

Although primarily designed for fishing with medium to large bait in open water, the classic body shape of Diamond Crystal ® makes this a truly versatile design. The extra long, semi-flexible fiberglass stem acts as a keel and ensures perfect behavior and stability. The hollow glow tip with a diameter of 2.5 mm provides fantastic visibility in a wide variety of light conditions. And of course, this floating tip can be dotted on harder days and for shy biting fish. At the base of the hollow tip, a fully circular carp side eye is mounted, internally reinforced for extra strength. This full circle eye and attachment system protects the line and ensures the eye cannot be pulled out of the body, as can happen with a traditional side eye.

Drennan Diamond Crystal is available in 6 sizes from 0.4 g to 1.0 g and is destined to become a classic float that no angler’s tackle box should be without.
