Description
Bait-Tech Criticals 5 mm are finely balanced wafters for a subtle hookbait presentation. Their slight buoyancy helps offset the weight of the hook, allowing the bait to sit naturally and be easily taken by carp, F1s, tench and bream.
These compact hookbaits have been developed for versatile use with the method feeder, bomb, waggler and pole fishing. You can attach them with a bait spike, on a hair rig or with a suitable pellet band. The pot contains 35 grams of 5 mm wafters.

Frequently asked questions
How do I attach a Criticals wafter?
Use a bait spike, hair rig or suitable pellet band. Choose the setup that suits your hooklength and hook size, and always check the presentation in the margins.
Why use a wafter instead of a sinking hookbait?
A wafter offsets part of the hook weight. This makes the bait feel lighter when taken and allows it to sit more naturally over the groundbait.
Which fishing techniques are these 5 mm wafters suitable for?
They are designed for method feeder, bomb, waggler and pole fishing, and are ideal for a compact presentation for carp and larger coarse fish.
