Privacy notice — Carpshop24 Management Platform

This notice describes the Google API data processing associated with Carpshop24 Beheerplatform and the related Carpshop24 Merchant Center and YouTube connections. Carpshop24, operated by The Secret in Belgium (BE0839.726.723), is the contact for this integration. Contact: info@carpshop24.com.
Information accessed and purposes
Depending on the connected service, Google's granted permissions and the requested task, the integration can access Google account or channel identifiers, authorized profile/email information, advertising account and campaign settings, budgets, ads and assets, targeting, reports and conversion information; Merchant Center account, data-source, product and diagnostic information; and YouTube channel, video, upload and related management information. Content supplied by the authorized owner may be transmitted to Google for a requested upload or management action.
We use this information to operate and report on Carpshop24's accounts, manage authorized advertising and product/video content, investigate technical problems, check the outcome of requested actions and maintain an audit trail. Google authorization does not by itself authorize an assistant to perform unrelated business actions.
Hosting and connected assistants
The connector infrastructure uses Cloudflare for server-side API communication, access control and storage. OAuth credentials are stored server-side with encryption. API requests, responses, job state and audit records may be retained in access-controlled connector storage to support operation, reconciliation and troubleshooting.
When Carpshop24's authorized user uses a connected AI assistant, task-related API results can also be processed in that authorized workspace, including OpenAI services. The relevant workspace settings and the service provider's terms and privacy arrangements apply to that processing. These services can process data outside Belgium or the European Economic Area. We do not publish private Google API results as part of this public information page.
Use and disclosure limits
Carpshop24 does not sell Google API data or provide it to unrelated third parties for their own advertising. Access is limited to authorized users, connected processing services needed for the requested work, and disclosures required by law. Human access may be needed to support a requested task, investigate an error or deal with an access or deletion request.
Use of Google API information is subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements. The connector's purpose is account operation and reporting, not the development or training of a general-purpose AI model.
Retention, withdrawal and deletion
Connection credentials are kept while needed for the authorized connection. Operational records and audit evidence can remain after an action or a disconnection for troubleshooting, avoiding duplicate actions, reconciliation and applicable record-keeping needs. Withdrawing Google authorization does not automatically erase records already stored in a connector or an authorized workspace.
You can review or withdraw the connection in your Google Account connections. If Google revokes authorization, further API access using that grant stops. To request disconnection, information about retained data, correction or deletion, contact info@carpshop24.com. We review the request and applicable retention requirements rather than assuming that a revoked token deletes every copy of a record.
