Roach Wire – Float (10 pieces) 🎁

Guru Roach Wire – stable and sensitive float for natural waters

The Guru Roach Wire has been developed for delicate fishing on natural waters, without losing stability when there is flow, tow or wind on the water. Its compact, rugby ball-shaped balsa body remains steady on rivers, canals and lakes, making this float particularly suitable for roach, skimmers, hybrids and bream.

The durable wire stem helps keep the rig stable when holding back the float or presenting the bait in a controlled way. At the top, the fine fibreglass antenna clearly registers even cautious bites. This allows you to fish accurately with small natural baits such as bloodworm, maggots, pinkies and casters, as well as worms when larger fish are expected.

The strong Elastilex finish protects the high-quality balsa body from wear, impacts, line cuts and water ingress. For neat line attachment to the stem, you can find suitable materials in our float silicone collection.

Frequently asked questions

When should I choose the Roach Wire instead of a slimmer model?

Choose the Roach Wire when you want to fish delicately but need more stability due to flow, tow or wind. The compact body and wire stem keep the presentation steadier than a very slim float.

Why does this float have a wire stem?

A wire stem helps the float remain upright and stable when holding back the rig or running it through the feeding area in a controlled way. This gives you greater control over the bait in moving water.

What species and baits is this float suitable for?

The Roach Wire is primarily intended for roach, skimmers, hybrids and bream. You can use it with bloodworm, maggots, pinkies, casters and worms, among other baits.
