With Preston Rapid Stops, you can quickly and neatly attach sweetcorn, luncheon meat and other pierceable hook baits to a hair rig. The stop remains attached to the hair, so you do not need to hold onto or search for a loose bait stop while fishing.

Push a suitable Rapid Stop needle through the bait and pull the stop completely through. As soon as the stop emerges on the other side, it turns sideways and anchors the bait on the hair. This makes rebaiting quick and easy, especially when every second counts.
