Hardcase Pole Safe XL – Hardcase for Pole Rods

Preston Hardcase Pole Safe XL

The Preston Hardcase Pole Safe XL is an extra-spacious hard case holdall for anglers who want to transport multiple poles, thick butt sections and spare parts safely. The strong, shape-retaining exterior protects valuable carbon during storage, transport and use at the waterside, while the washable surface is easy to keep clean.

Adjustable elastic retainers and the protective mesh base keep the contents securely in place and help prevent unnecessary wear. Thanks to the robust zips, carry handle and detachable padded shoulder strap, even a fully loaded holdall remains practical to use.

Frequently asked questions

When should I choose the XL version of the Pole Safe?

The XL is designed for when you want to take more butt sections, top kits or spare parts than will fit in a compact holdall. The extra width makes it particularly suitable for an extensive pole fishing setup.

How much equipment can I store in this hard case?

The case is designed for eight Superium butt sections or another generous combination of pole sections. For example, it can accommodate two complete 16-metre poles with spare parts, depending on the thickness and arrangement of your equipment.

How can I best protect the carbon during transport?

Distribute the sections evenly, avoid hard contact points and secure everything with the adjustable elastic retainers. Use the mesh base to limit movement and check before departure that the zip closes without tension.
