Description
The Preston Flat Pear Leads are classic pear-shaped leads with a slim, flattened profile. This shape helps the lead remain stable on slopes along the bank or near an island, making it less likely for your hook bait to shift from the chosen spot.
The low, flattened profile also comes into its own on flowing water: the current has less grip on it than on a round lead. This makes these swivel leads a practical choice for both commercial fisheries and rivers. You receive two per pack.

What is the advantage of a flattened pear lead on flowing water?
The low profile gives the current less purchase on the lead. This keeps the rig more stable and prevents the hook bait from being pushed out of position as quickly.
