Hi-Pro Carp Yellow 1kg

Van Den Eynde Hi-Pro Carp Yellow 1kg is a modern, protein-rich groundbait for carp, crucian carp and bream. The coarse particles create a clear feeding area for larger fish, while the yellow colour remains highly visible over a dark bottom.

The binding structure makes this groundbait particularly suitable for deeper water and flowing conditions. Preferably moisten it three to four hours in advance so all coarse particles can fully absorb the moisture. Finish the mix at the water's edge with a small amount of water until the binding suits your fishing method and the conditions.

Official recipe for still water

For carp in ponds, Van Den Eynde recommends a combination of 1 kg Van Den Eynde Lake, 500 g Hi-Pro Carp Yellow and 100 g Van Den Eynde Tutti Frutti. First mix the dry ingredients, gradually add water and allow the groundbait to rest sufficiently before determining the final moisture level.

Frequently asked questions

Why should I moisten Hi-Pro Carp Yellow in advance?

The coarse particles need time to absorb water. By allowing the groundbait to rest for three to four hours, its consistency remains more stable while fishing and you can adjust the binding more precisely at the water's edge.

Is this groundbait intended only for carp?

No. The groundbait was developed with carp as the main target species, but according to the manufacturer it also attracts crucian carp and bream.

When is the yellow colour useful?

Yellow creates a clearly visible feeding signal, especially over a dark bottom. In very clear water, you can adjust the amount of groundbait and the visibility of the feeding area to the fish's behaviour.
