The feeder is front-weighted for stable, accurate casting. The tapered base displaces less water on impact and helps prevent the groundbait from breaking away. The spaced ribs support the groundbait portion, while leaving enough room in the centre for the hookbait.

Place the hooklength in the soft grip and slide it until the hookbait is at the desired height and position above the feeder. This allows you to adjust the presentation without having to tie a shorter hooklength each time.

Does the hooklength release when a fish is hooked?

Yes. On a bite, the hooklength pulls easily out of the soft grip, allowing the feeder to run freely along the main line afterwards.
