Sweet Marine All Round Fishmeal Groundbait 2kg – Sweet All-round Groundbait with Fishmeal

Mainline Sweet Marine All Round Fishmeal Groundbait is a dark, versatile groundbait in which the sweet note of cereals, seeds and biscuit is combined with fishmeal, ground pellets and proteins. The mix is suitable for natural and commercial waters and targets, among others, bream, silver bream, F1s and carp.

The different particle sizes help keep fish on the feed spot for longer. Mix Sweet Marine slightly drier for an active cage feeder mix that releases particles and a cloud of groundbait, or wetter for more binding when feeding balls and building up a settled bed of groundbait on the bottom.

Mixing

Place the required amount in a round bucket and gradually add water. Mix thoroughly and allow the groundbait to rest briefly before checking the consistency. Keep the mix on the dry side for an active feeder presentation. Add a little more water when you want to make firm groundbait balls or feed the groundbait compactly with a cup.

Tip from Mainline

For a worm and micro pellet mix, you can combine Sweet Marine with finely chopped worms, dead maggots and Mainline Match Activated Carp Cell Pellets. Adjust the amount of additional bait to suit fish activity.

Frequently asked questions

Can I use Sweet Marine in a cage feeder?
Yes. Mix the groundbait slightly drier for an active consistency that releases particles and an attractive cloud of groundbait after casting.

Is this mix also suitable for groundbait balls?
Yes. With a little more moisture, the groundbait has enough binding power to form balls that sink to the bottom in a controlled manner.

On which waters can I use Sweet Marine?
The dark all-round mix has been developed for both commercial fisheries and lakes, canals and rivers.
