With the Korum KRI 2 Rod Remote Alarm Set, you can monitor two rods using two compact bite alarms and one wireless receiver. The sensitive, shielded roller wheel detects line movement, while the bright LED remains illuminated for ten seconds after a bite. This means you can still see which bite alarm was activated shortly afterwards.

The integrated Snag Ears help prevent a rod from being pulled from the rest during a sideways bite. You can adjust them for use and transport. Both the bite alarms and the receiver feature volume control; the receiver has a wireless range of up to 100 metres. For extra visual bite indication, you can combine the set with the Korum Bite Indicator Bobbin Set.

How do you pair the bite alarms with the receiver?

1. Switch off both bite alarms and the receiver.
2. Hold down both buttons on the receiver until it switches on and the red LED lights up.
3. Switch on the first bite alarm and turn the roller wheel until the bite alarm beeps and the receiver moves to the next colour.
4. Repeat this for the second bite alarm. If necessary, you can skip a colour using the volume control on the receiver.
5. The receiver switches off once the final bite alarm has been paired.

Which batteries do you need?

Each bite alarm uses one 9V battery. The wireless receiver requires three AAA batteries.
