Loaded Waggler

The Guru Loaded Waggler is a pre-loaded float for accurate casting and stable presentation on stillwaters and commercial fisheries. The balsa body provides buoyancy and stability, while the lightweight yet strong Sarkanda reed stem responds sensitively to bites. This makes the waggler suitable for both cautious silverfish and hard-fighting carp.

Four interchangeable Hi-Viz antennas make it easy to adjust visibility to changing light conditions and the water surface. The multi-part brass base weights are adjustable, allowing you to tailor the loading and casting characteristics to your rig. The matt grey Elastilex coating helps protect the balsa body against impacts, scratches and water ingress while reducing unwanted glare. Mount the float with a Guru Waggler Adaptor to quickly change wagglers while fishing.

Frequently asked questions

When should I choose a pre-loaded waggler?

A pre-loaded waggler is useful when you want to cast accurately with little additional shot on the line. The weight in the base helps the float fly steadily through the air and stand upright quickly.

What are the interchangeable antennas for?

The four Hi-Viz antennas allow you to match visibility to the light, background and movement of the water. You can therefore change the antenna without replacing the entire float.

Why are the brass base weights adjustable?

By removing or adding one or more discs, you can adjust the float's own loading. This lets you use more or less shot on the line and refine the presentation for your chosen fishing style.
