Drennan Rigidex 13m Carp Package

The Drennan Rigidex 13m Carp Package is a complete pole fishing set for commercial carp fishing. The particularly stiff blank reduces tip bounce, even in windy conditions and when shipping the pole out. This gives you better float control, more accurate bait presentation and a faster response to bites.

With the 2.4-metre Carp Kit and the included No.7/13m Mini Butt, the pole reaches a true length of 13 metres. The Carp Kits are designed for strength and control over a range of carp sizes and are rated for elastic up to 17/19. The shorter Shallow Kits are ideal for fishing in shallow water and along the margins, and are suitable for elastic up to 13/15.

Frequently asked questions

What type of fishing is this package intended for?
The setup is designed for commercial carp fishing, with powerful Carp Kits for larger fish and short Shallow Kits for shallow water and the margins.

Is the pole really 13 metres long?
Yes. With the 2.4-metre Carp Kit and the included No.7/13m Mini Butt, the setup maintains a true length of 13 metres.

Are the top kits already prepared for elastic?
The Carp and Shallow Kits are fitted with an internal PTFE bush and an integrated side pull roller. The elastic itself should be matched to the fishing situation and the stated elastic rating.
