Why does a Maggi Box have a ventilated lid?
The ventilation allows air through and helps keep maggots and worms in good condition. For moist bait that needs to be sealed airtight, a closed Bait Seal lid is more suitable.
Can I put the bait box in the freezer?
Yes. According to Drennan, the polymer used is suitable for freezing without the box splitting. However, allow the box to return to temperature gradually after defrosting.
