CRYSTAL ISLAND POLE FLOAT 0.40g

The Drennan Crystal Island Pole Float is a compact yet exceptionally strong float for shallow swims close to islands, overhanging banks and the near margin. The transparent, blown Crystal body causes minimal visual disturbance underwater and helps wary carp and F1 fish feed around the hookbait with greater confidence.

The titanium stem allows the float to settle upright quickly and provides immediate control as soon as the rig hits the water. A buoyant hollow 2 mm Glow Tip supports common carp baits and remains highly visible against both dark vegetation and open water.

Frequently asked questions

What swims is the Crystal Island designed for?

This float is ideally suited to shallow areas close to islands, mudlines, reed beds and the near margin. Its compact design enables precise presentation right next to cover.

Why does this float have a titanium stem?

The slim titanium stem helps the float settle upright quickly and keeps the rig stable. This allows you to see early what is happening with the bait and retain control on short, accurate lines.

Can the Glow Tip support larger hookbaits?

Yes. The hollow, buoyant 2 mm tip is suitable for commonly used carp baits such as pellets, corn, meat, maggots and casters without unnecessarily compromising visibility.
