AS2 Pole Float 🎁

The Drennan AS2 Pole Float was developed with five-time world champion Alan Scotthorne for fishing for large carp and other hard-fighting quality fish. The slightly more bulbous balsa body and thickened metal stem give the float a stable, positive presentation.

The stem is made from 0.6 mm spring stainless steel and deliberately runs only partially into the body. This keeps the construction strong and well balanced without losing unnecessary buoyancy. The 1.75 mm hollow Glow Tip is clearly visible and supports larger hook baits. The extra buoyancy also helps distinguish genuine bites from line bites.

The antenna joint is reinforced at the critical point and provides a solid base for the double-wound black stainless-steel spring eye. This fully round eye prevents the line from being pinched. The lightweight, precisely aligned balsa body is hand assembled and finished with an exceptionally strong acrylic coating.
