Cresta Insert Elastic Protectors - Elastic Protectors
The Cresta Insert Elastic Protectors prevent damage to the (hollow) elastic during transport in a 2-piece (puller) kit. Where the elastic would normally be folded over 2 thin carbon walls, it now runs over elastic-friendly, rounded P.T.F.E. material.
The 2 raised edges prevent the elastic from coming into contact with the bottom of the holdall or tube. In addition, the Insert Protector prevents friction against the inside of the pole, allowing the elastic to perform significantly better. The Insert Elastic Protectors are supplied in 7 different sizes from 10.0 to 13.0mm, covering 95% of the kits on the market.
