Cresta Advantor F - Feeder Reel - 4000F

With the F4000 reels, Cresta further expands the popular Advantor series. The F versions offer a higher retrieve speed compared to the S models. The handle arm has also been shortened and the grip slightly reduced in size. All of this is designed to tune the reels for fast-paced fishing, where frequent retrieving and recasting are required. The pellet waggler technique is a perfect example, as is light feeder fishing at short range. The elegant, compact and recognisable ADVANTOR design also gives these F models a great look.  The reels are supplied with a shallow spool (150m/0.20mm) and a semi-shallow spare spool (150m/0.23mm), both made from aluminium and fitted with a neatly finished shield-shaped line clip. The handle can be folded by unscrewing it backwards, independently of the bail arm position, and can be positioned close to the body. This is ideal for storing the reel mounted up in a rod holdall. The smooth drag and anti-reverse system ensure that this reel is also perfectly suited to commercial carp lakes.
