Use 1 liter of water per 2 kilos of bait

MIXING GUIDELINES

Match Method Mix is easy to mix. Pour the 2kg bag of groundbait into a round mixing bucket, fill a 2-pint maggot tray with water, pour this onto the groundbait and mix well, then let it rest for 30 minutes, during which time the water will be absorbed into the groundbait.

 Then for the best result; to remove any lumps and create an even consistency. Pass the groundbait through a sieve and it is ready to use.

When fishing, sun and wind can dry out the groundbait a bit; to counter this, you can cover the mixed groundbait with a damp towel or simply add a little more water and mix again if it dries out.
